At Mad Woman, we are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. To ensure transparency and clarity, please familiarize yourself with our return and exchange policy:

1. Returns and Refunds: Please be aware that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for your purchases.

2. Exchanges for Store Credit: Exchanges for store credit are available (online orders only), but it's important to note that shipping expenses for these exchanges are the responsibility of the client.

For all international orders, you should consider using a trackable shipping service such as UPS, FEDEX or DHL or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Final Sale Items: Beauty, swimwear, jewelry, accessories, shoes and items on sale are considered final sale, and thus cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Inspection of Returned Items: Mad Woman reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the item shows signs of wear, which will be assessed at the discretion of Mad Woman.

5. Delivery Failure:  If an order is returned due to the customer’s failure to accept the package, it is the customer's responsibility to contact Mad Woman within 24 hours of the last attempted delivery in order to receive a partial refund. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the order, as well as a restocking fee that is dependent on the number of items in the order. Mad Woman is not responsible for returned packages due to the customer’s failure to accept delivery.
